Pre-natal online exercise
The Prenatal Program is a specialized group exercise designed to gently strengthen the upper and lower limbs, core, and pelvic floor using light equipment like resistance bands and mini fitballs. It includes breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and methods to alleviate various discomforts associated with pregnancy. Additionally, the program teaches safe techniques for getting up, sitting down, and moving around during pregnancy. All sessions foster physical well-being and emotional balance in a supportive setting.

Post-natal online exercise
After childbirth, many women face musculoskeletal issues, especially lower back and neck pain, often caused by poor posture during breastfeeding and baby care. The Postnatal group exercise program targets these issues by incorporating pelvic stabilization exercises and restoring the rectus abdominis and pelvic floor. It also includes strengthening exercises for the limbs and core, as well as posture correction techniques to help mothers position their bodies properly, aiming to prevent injuries from poor posture.

Moms-to-Be
In this session, you'll learn essential aspects of pregnancy and postpartum care, including safe activities and important dos and don’ts. The session highlights the pelvic floor's importance, offering appropriate exercises for both pregnant women and new mothers. You’ll also explore changes in the rectus abdominis and guidelines for safely resuming exercise after childbirth.
